Q. How will I receive my digital files?
A. The link to download your files will be available once payment is processed and emailed to the email address you provide at checkout.
Q. My files are printing too large or the images are cut off. How do I fix this?
A. There should be an option on your printer or computer print screen labeled “fit to screen” (or something similar; it’s different on some printers). That should take care of it.
Q. Can I share the files I purchase with my friends and family?
A. We are thrilled that you want to share, but these files are for personal use only. You may not share or sell the PDF file links or physical copies of any digital products you purchase. You can however print them and use them in your own home as many times as you need. You’re also free to share our shop info with friends and family so they can enjoy our products products too. Contact us for extended printing licenses.
Q. Where do you get the Velcro dots, laminating supplies, glue, etc. that you use to assemble your activities?
A. You can find many products on Amazon storefront or local stationery stores nearby.
Q. Do you ever do custom activities?
A. Custom products are on a case by case basis, however our team have main ministry, so time is limited. There are exceptions though so feel free to contact us!
Q. Do you ship physical copies of your printable activities?
A. I only offer digital files at this time.
Q. Where can I print my activities?
A. You can print at home, or at any local print shop (example- Staples, Office Max, etc.). There are also several online printing services. I can recommend:

Q. I ordered the wrong physical product. Can I exchange it?

Q. My physical product arrived damaged. What can I do?
